ouyangxq 291535e242 style(admin): 放大订单、费用、测量与库位弹框宽度 
- 订单：审核/扣货/合柜报关/同柜组成员 720→880，编辑备注 880→1000，导入旧系统订单 760→880
- 入库费用：新增/编辑费用 880→1000，驳回费用 720→880
- 测量：手动录入箱规 880→1000，确认称重图片 920→1080
- 库位：新增/编辑库位 880→1000
- 同步 InboundFeeDetailManager、LocationsView 的宽度断言
