- Dockerfile 在 USER app 前预建 /data/files 与 /app/logs 并 chown 给 app(uid 10001)， 避免 Docker 以 root:root 创建挂载点导致非 root 容器无法写入 - nacos cn 公共配置补充 logging.file.path，使 compose 注入的 LOG_PATH 真正生效 （Spring Boot 只识别 logging.file.path，不识别裸的 LOG_PATH 环境变量）
