将已验证的统一 Gateway/Auth 与头程、海运、尾程版本晋级到现有临时灰度环境。补齐固定 production 发布映射及 SSH 单版本部署，保留 13 个业务服务和串行构建资源限制。

验证：51 项定向部署及路由合同通过，Shell 语法和两份 Jenkins Pipeline 校验通过。数据库结构差异及灰度运行验证由本次发布单独记录。
